Floor Coverings International of Chester County is seeking an experienced flooring sales professional who wants more than a traditional retail sales position. We provide the tools, support, and qualified opportunities to help you build a highly successful business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As a Design Associate, you'll meet homeowners in their homes, guide them through flooring selections, create solutions that fit their needs, and manage projects from consultation through installation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home flooring consultations.
- Help homeowners select flooring products that fit their style, lifestyle, and budget.
- Measure spaces and prepare proposals.
- Follow up on estimates and close sales.
- Coordinate with project management and installation teams.
- Deliver a high-touch customer experience throughout the project.
- Build and maintain relationships with realtors, designers, builders, networking groups, and referral partners.
- Develop your own book of business in addition to company-provided opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- Previous flooring sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to close sales and build relationships.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Ability to network and generate referral business.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation history.
Compensation
- Average earnings: $80,000+
- Top performers: $120,000+
- High achievers: $180,000–$250,000+
Compensation is performance-based and designed to reward motivated professionals who are willing to build relationships, network in the community, and create long-term referral partnerships.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $1,250,000.00 per year
