We don't babysit you but we help you build your clientele. We work hard but have fun. We may grill out at the office. We take time off as needed and we make a lot of friends. Most importantly we make good money!

This is Commission Based Only - Get paid good for your effort. You make more money this way.

Design Associate Job Details & Perks:

Minimum 1-year sales experience in Flooring or other home building materials; roofing, windows, siding, cabinets, lighting, etc.
Paid training provided
Annual company convention in Cabo, Mexico ( If selected )
Company car for work appointments (insurance and gas covered by company)
Flexible hours

Design Associate Key Responsibilities:

Self-starter
Be an established networker in the community and source your own leads
Go out to client’s homes and meet with them regarding their flooring project
Follow our Sales System using our tablet, laptop, and software (non-negotiable)
Ability to create new customers and maintain relationships
Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests
Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
Motivation to visit a minimum of 2 new potential clients daily first 30 days
Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly
Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
Engage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)

Pay: Commission Only with potential earnings of $60,000 for the average Design Associate. Above-average Design Associates earn $100,000+.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
