Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and overseeing the sales team. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications
A candidate for the Business Development Manager role should possess:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Established relationships in the Capital District builder and/or restoration community
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
  • Experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

  • Experience in the flooring, home improvement, or construction industry
  • A successful track record of developing and executing sales plans
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
