We are looking for an energetic, people-person who demonstrates strong values and ethics, excellent communication skills, an out-going personality, and strong technology skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential customers using digital leads to arrange appointments for in-home consultations to be conducted by the sales team. NOTE:  This is not cold calling.  These will be for customer who have filled out a request looking for a contractor on Angi or Thumbtack. 
  • Articulate the benefits of our company to our potential customers.
  • Greet customers at a retail showroom (Occasional walk-in's, not a lot of traffic -- our model is in-home sales)
  • Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the owner or sales team.
  • Utilize SalesForce software and Calendaring software to support the sales team.
  • Work closely with sales associates to manage appointments, order samples, and communicate to customers as needed.
  • Answer phone calls from customers and follow-up with customers as needed.
  • Help with the layout, design, and organization of the product samples in the showroom.
  • Order products for the flooring and bathroom remodeling products, and track shipments.
  • Develop a strong relationship and work closely with Franchise Owner.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills working with the public, particularly over the phone.
  • Must have a friendly, out-going style with customers, and a positive attitude at all times.
  • Able to work independently without supervision.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Proficient and comfortable with technology and software programs.  (Experience with Salesforce CRM platform a plus)
  • Strong ethics and value system.

Compensation: $44,500.00 - $58,760.00 per year
