Customer Management - Appointment Setter Perks and Benefits:

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to work at home remotely
Flexible Part Time Hours approximately (25) hour per week
1-3 years of experience Service industry- Telemarketing - Appointment Setter experience is preferred but not necessary .
Paid training.
Base Salary Compensation $250.00 per week +$20.00 bonus for every appointment run and another $20.00 for every sale landed

Customer Management Responsibilities:

As soon as possible, convert leads to appointments by scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Build a strong rapport with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Efficiently schedule appointments for our Design Associates.
Follow up on open proposals as needed..
Develop trust with customers by living our Core Values all day and every day.
Creating raving fans by providing extra-mile service

Customer Management Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
Strong Computer skills, experience with Sales Force and/or other customer management software programs a plus.
Experience in In Home Sales Appointment Setting and / or Flooring Experience a big plus
Able to work independently without supervision.
