The Position:
The Outside Sales Consultant position is the cornerstone of our company, offering a rewarding career with competitive pay and flexible hours. You'll have the chance to assist homeowners in reimagining and transforming their homes with the latest flooring trends from leading manufacturers. As a Floor Coverings International Sales Consultant, you'll engage in both company-generated and self-generated leads, meeting with homeowners to assess their flooring needs and preferences. By understanding their project goals, you'll recommend and sell the flooring solution that best aligns with their needs and budget.

Requirements to Succeed:

3-5+ years of experience as a flooring sales specialist for in-home/outside sales
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to generate leads through both hunting and farming methods
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in computer use, including sales tracking and reporting
Coachable, self-motivated, and competitive nature
Comfortable speaking publicly with confidence
Desire to be part of a collaborative and supportive team
Interest in achieving a six-figure income with dedication and effort
Sense of urgency and commitment to meeting customer needs
Availability to accommodate evening and weekend appointments
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000 plus Commission =$100,000+ Total Earnings
