Key Responsibilities as an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate:

Client Engagement: Meet with clients in their homes to discuss flooring projects, providing expert guidance and personalized solutions tailored to their needs.
Flooring Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of flooring materials, styles, and trends to educate clients and recommend the best options for their space.
Sales Process: Seamlessly execute our proven sales system using a tablet, laptop, and specialized software to deliver professional, efficient, and engaging presentations.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain lasting customer relationships, earning trust through excellent service and expertise. Cultivate referral sources to drive ongoing business growth

Qualifications for Success:

Sales Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in in-home or outside sales.
Industry Expertise: Prior flooring experience is required.
