Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting connections with clients to drive ongoing business growth.
In-Home Consultations: Visit customers in branded attire to discuss their flooring projects, offering expert advice tailored to their needs.
Expert Recommendations: Leverage your knowledge of flooring materials, styles, and trends to guide customers to the best choices.
Sales Tools: Use provided technology (tablet, laptop, software) to create proposals and close sales efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring experience is a plus).
Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication skills. Proven track record of connecting with customers and building trust to foster strong relationships.
Drive to Succeed: A competitive spirit and a relentless focus on achieving sales targets.
Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Integrity: High standards of honesty, ethics, and professionalism.
Technology Savvy: Comfortable using computers, software, and sales tools (Salesforce, Outlook, Google Suite, Excel, etc).
Flexibility: Availability to meet with homeowners, including evenings and weekends.
Valid Driver’s License: A current license is required.

Compensation:

Earning Potential: Strong base (starting at $50,000) plus commission= opportunity to earn $100,000+
