Position: Flooring Installation Manager
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented leader to oversee installations, manage customer relationships, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. If you have strong industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, this is the role for you!

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:

Industry Expertise: Experience in flooring installation or production management
Strong Communicator: Comfortable engaging with customers, vendors, and installers
Production Management Skills: Efficient planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Proactive & Organized: Anticipates challenges and adapts quickly
Bilingual (Preferred): English/Spanish is a plus
Forklift Experience (Preferred): Training available if needed
Background Check Required

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Manage job timelines, ensuring smooth installations
Customer Relations: Keep clients informed and ensure 5-star service
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales staff & conduct weekly meetings
Installer & Vendor Management: Recruit, vet, and oversee installer partnerships
On-Site Quality Control: Conduct job site visits to uphold company standards
Inventory & Ordering: Track and manage materials efficiently
Conflict Resolution: Handle customer or crew issues with professionalism

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
