This role requires expertise in flooring products, materials, and design to effectively guide clients in selecting the perfect solutions for their spaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in flooring sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless, in-home consultation experience.

Key Responsibilities as an Outside Sales Flooring and Design Associate:

Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
Flooring Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of flooring materials, styles, and trends to educate clients and recommend the best options for their space.
Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.

Sales Experience: 2+ years of in-home/ outside sales.
Industry Knowledge: Flooring knowledge is a must.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
