Key Responsibilities as an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate:

Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
Flooring Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of flooring materials, styles, and trends to educate clients and recommend the best options for their space.
Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.

Qualifications for Success:

Sales Experience: 2+ years of in-home/ outside sales.
Industry Knowledge: Prior flooring experience is strong plus.
Measuring Skills: Ability to accurately use measuring devices and digital tools to assist with estimates.

Together, they are raising their two children—a son and a daughter—and share their home with a few beloved pets, including guinea pigs and dogs.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
