In this Outside Sales Consultant role, you'll work face-to-face with customers, guiding them through flooring options and helping them envision the transformation of their space. We’re not just selling flooring—we’re creating experiences that leave people saying “wow.”

What You’ll Do:

Deliver in-home design consultations and present flooring solutions
Educate customers on product options and recommend tailored solutions
Use digital tools (tablet, software, etc.) to create proposals and close sales
Build strong relationships with customers and referral sources
Collaborate with your local team to ensure top-tier customer experiences
Celebrate every win—big or small—because your success drives our business

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
A background in flooring (a big plus, but not required)
Excellent communication and people skills
Tech confidence – Salesforce, tablets, software, measuring tools
A self-starter mindset and a competitive edge
A valid driver’s license + flexible schedule
Integrity and empathy – We’re not pushy; we solve real problems

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
