What You’ll Do
- Visit clients in their homes, listen, and guide them in choosing the perfect flooring
- Provide expert advice on materials, styles, and installation
- Manage proposals, follow-ups, and ensure 5-star customer experiences
- Build lasting relationships and grow referral networks
- Use technology (tablets, laptops, proprietary software) to stay organized and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in in-home or outside sales (flooring experience required)
- Strong flooring knowledge and understanding of trends and installation
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and excellent follow-through
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Valid driver’s license
