- Client Experience Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through scheduling, updates, and follow-up with a high level of care and precision.
- Project Logistics Coordination: Own the flow of project operations, including scheduling, calendar management, product delivery, and installer coordination, for both in-home and commercial site installations.
- Workflow & System Optimization: Leverage technology tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Excel, and scheduling platforms to streamline communication, data tracking, and project management.
- Builder & B2B Partner Coordination: Communicate regularly with builders, property managers, and commercial partners to ensure seamless execution, from project kick-off through final walkthrough.
- Real-Time Problem Solving: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, product delays, and client concerns quickly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Workflow & System Optimization: Leverage tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Excel, and other scheduling platforms to streamline communication, data tracking, and workflow automation.
- Team Collaboration: Lead weekly operations meetings, coordinate with sales and installation teams, and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Data & Admin Management: Maintain accurate customer records, collaborate with bookkeeping and leadership teams, and report on key operational KPIs.
- Event & Marketing Support: Participate in home shows, builder expos, and community events to support lead generation and partner engagement.
- Reputation Management: Follow up with clients and commercial accounts post-project to support 5-star reviews, testimonials, and referrals.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using and learning CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Logistics-Oriented: You excel at planning, adjusting, and executing around shifting schedules, materials, and client needs.
- B2B Aware: You understand how to manage relationships and communication differently for residential clients vs. commercial partners.
