Sales/Design Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home design consultations, measurements, and proposal presentations.
- Manage project documentation, payment collection, and coordination with production teams.
- Drive business growth through networking (including BNI participation), home shows, and local marketing efforts.
- Maintain the Mobile Showroom and company equipment (laptop, tablet, proprietary software).
Pay: Potential earnings are $60,000+ for the average Design Associate. Above-average Design Associates earn $80,000 to $100,000+.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
