About the Role:
Join Floor Coverings International of Northwest Central Orlando as a Design Associate, where your creativity meets customer satisfaction! You'll have the opportunity to transform spaces and help clients select the perfect flooring solutions in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their design preferences and flooring needs.
- Create customized design plans that showcase various flooring options.
- Present samples and designs to clients, guiding them through the selection process.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in interior design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials and design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
