About the Role:
Join Floor Coverings International of Upstate South Carolina as an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate! You will have the exciting opportunity to help homeowners bring their flooring visions to life while working with a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences for flooring and design.
- Present flooring options, samples, and design solutions tailored to each client's style.
- Provide accurate measurements and pricing estimates for flooring projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and installation techniques.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage sales leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in flooring or home improvement.
- Strong design sense and the ability to visualize flooring solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with flooring products and installation processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
