Lead Generation Specialist (Costco Events)

We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic person to represent a locally owned and operated flooring company inside local Costco warehouse locations.
Our company proudly maintains a 5-star customer rating and is part of the highest-rated flooring franchise system across North America. You’ll be the face of a trusted brand that homeowners already love.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be engaging shoppers, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home flooring appointments for our sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Engage Costco members and introduce our 5-star flooring services
- Generate and qualify leads through friendly, confident conversations
- Schedule free in-home design consultations
- Represent our locally owned business at Costco roadshow events
- Work closely with the sales team to improve appointment quality
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- High energy and positive attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Sales, retail, promotions, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting at $15/hour plus $150 possible bonus for every qualified lead generated
- Raises available within the first 90 days based on performance
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Primarily weekends + high-traffic retail hours
