What You’ll Do as a Sales and Design Professional:
- Deliver a white-glove customer experience in the showroom and during in-home consultations
- Measure spaces and recommend thoughtful, design-driven flooring solutions
- Build your business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Create professional proposals using modern tools (tablet, CRM, laser measuring tools, QuickBooks)
- Guide clients confidently from consultation to installation
- Build long-term relationships while achieving strong sales results
Who Thrives in This Role as a Sales and Design Professional?
- 2+ years of sales experience (flooring or home improvement is a plus)
- Passion for design, home improvement, and helping people transform their spaces
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
- Organized, detail-oriented, and known for excellent follow-through
- Comfortable using technology (CRM, tablets, measuring tools)
- Self-motivated and excited by a performance-based career with unlimited earning potential
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (gas and mileage stipend provided)
