About the Role:
Join Floor Coverings International- Midtown ATL as a Neighborhood Sales Consultant, where you will connect with local homeowners to help get our brand out there and let the community know we are here and ready to take on their flooring needs and generate us leads! This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers and turn them into scheduled in home consultations.
- Collect information of anyone who is interested in completing their flooring projects but may not be ready for a consult yet.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Entry Level- All welcome to apply!
- Sales experience, preferably in home improvement or flooring industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with design concepts and flooring products is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
