We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sheet Vinyl Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of vinyl and linoleum flooring materials, showcasing a blend of technical skills, precision, and an eye for design.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation: Accurately measure, cut, and install vinyl and linoleum flooring in a variety of settings, including homes, businesses, and public areas.
Floor Preparation: Prepare the installation surface by cleaning, leveling, and performing any necessary repairs to ensure a smooth installation process.
Cutting and Fitting: Use specialized tools and equipment to cut and fit flooring materials to room dimensions, including around obstacles and corners.
Adhesive Application: Apply adhesives correctly and efficiently, ensuring a secure and long-lasting fit of the flooring material.
Finishing Touches: Install baseboards, thresholds, and trims to complete the flooring installation process, ensuring a polished and professional look.
Quality Control: Perform final checks and cleanup post-installation to ensure the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of materials.

Insurance Requirements:

Installers will be required to possess insurance of no less than $1 million dollars.
Installers will maintain insurance coverage that extends to its employees or any third parties in compliance with standard industry practice of no less than $500,000 bodily injury and $1,000,000 property damage.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in vinyl and linoleum flooring installation in homes and businesses.
Familiarity with various installation techniques and materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to various installation challenges.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to handle heavy materials and stand for prolonged periods.
High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification or training in flooring installation is a plus.
