- Greet and assist customers in our Bel Aire showroom
- Answer phone calls, return messages, and schedule in-home appointments
- Help create and manage content for social media
- Keep the office and showroom clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Receive and check in materials (forklift use or willingness to learn)
- Meet weekly with the sales team to review job progress, customer expectations, and orders
- Provide friendly, proactive updates to customers throughout the installation process
- Maintain accurate job status and scheduling details in Salesforce and on the production board
- Convert new leads into appointments for the sales team
- Ask for reviews and referrals from happy customers
- Support the company at home shows and community events (as needed)
- Participate in weekly team meetings and help drive positive communication
- Work independently and confidently, even on days when you’re the only one in the office
- Seek out opportunities to build new relationships with customers, referral partners, and the local community
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people
- Strong communicator with solid organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Interest or experience in social media and marketing is a bonus
- Willingness to assist with materials and operate a forklift (we’ll train you)
- Able to work independently without daily supervision
- Has a natural drive to take initiative—you don’t wait to be told what’s next
- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check

- Pay: $15/hour base + commission opportunities + overtime pay
